Meet Author- Dr. Kelsey M. Latimer, PhD, LP
Dr. Kelsey M. Latimer, PhD, LP is a licensed psychologist and co-founder of the Conscious Coaching Collective. Dr. Latimer earned her doctorate and masters of science degree from the University of North Texas, with a focus area in child/adolescent development and neuropsychology.
In her clinical work, Dr. Latimer works primarily with children, teens and young college-age adults, as well as their families. Her work is largely focused on helping young people to develop healthy self and body-esteem, while also assisting parents in reinforcing these skills in the home setting.
She also believes in educating young people on important topics related to healthy self-image, including promoting positive body-image, development of healthy relationships, understanding micro-aggression and bullying, and identity and values development.
