Emily Roberts is dedicated to helping young women develop confidence. For more than a decade, Roberts has been the liaison between adolescents and adults, working as a psychotherapist in Austin, Texas and in New York City. Roberts’ goal is to give young women, parents and educators the tools they need build confidence and develop unbreakable self-esteem. In her new book Express Yourself: A Teen Girl’s Guide to Speaking Up and Being Who You Are, Roberts outlines strategies for improving relationships, managing emotions and communicating effectively in today’s digital world.
