As our children are growing and learning who they are, it is sometimes more common for competition to be more popular than it's counterpart, cooperation.
Competition definitely has its place. It can be a great motivator at times, but for peace under the family roof, it may be in everyone's best interest to search for an "our way" instead of a "my way". Get the kids involved with mapping out chores, and household activities. Watch their leadership skills blossom!
