Oscar, Billy, and Marmite ...the very clever cat
By Papi Martin
Do you ever wonder what your dog or cat might say if they could talk, or what they might be saying if they are talking but you just can't hear them? Oscar is a ten year old Labrador/Collie cross, Billy is a six year old rescue dog from Transylvania (where Dracula comes from), and Marmite is a cat, - a very clever lady-cat (who doesn't like to talk about her age). They all live in a small and pretty little village right in the middle of England and are about to embark on some very special adventures that bring out the best from them, and the worst in the scavenging rats and pigeons from the neighbouring industrial town. The people who live there don't know that the animals have a language all of their own or that they are constantly chattering away to each other. Nor do they know that while people use e-mail to send messages, the birds and animals have something of their own called pee-mail; they simply think their message and who it's being sent to, and then just 'do their business'. They know that another animal will come along and sniff it before sending another message on its way, so messages are being sent all over the place without people knowing anything is going on. Soon, those messages will gather together the birds and animals of the village like never before...
