Elizabeth Bourgeret is "Momma" to many. With her active teen and family-life coaching practice, she has developed many relationships with kids over the years who have lovingly nick-named her "Momma" or "Momma B".
Her heart and passions have always been directed at youth as she has spent most of her adult life in a teaching/coaching capacity. While never serving time in the typical American classroom, she has earned her teaching stripes in the jungles of homeschool programs, fine arts centers and community centers all over the place! She saw early on that her creative and unconventional skills were better suited for homeschool families and creative workshops, classes and summer camps. After all, who's ever heard of learning history (or any other subject for that matter) by playing games!! She strives to make learning fun and insists that this is not an unreachable task and has proven it time and time again. Not being able to "survive" under the constraints of the classroom, she has made her unique coachable moments happen in a variety of other choices. Local parks, hotel meeting rooms, even family living rooms. And now, here, with you- computer to computer.
These days she is living her dreams of traveling, writing and presenting workshops. "The best of all worlds," she says. With every city she travels to, she embodies her own Leading with Love® brand, bringing new members into her "family fold" every where she goes. And now with the internet, she can reach new members before she even gets there! She is growing her community and building relationships through interactive teaching, communicating and then finally, meeting face to face. "It's perfect. I usually have a hug waiting for me when I finally arrive!" Elizabeth laughs.
She has always kept an open door policy which endears her to her "kids" as well as parents. The kids in her coaching and workshops always have a personal email that is reserved just for them and she also connects with them on their terms on social media.
Elizabeth Bourgeret has created this site for you. She is a constant presence and is here if you need personal assistance, purchase (or need extra instruction) on her many lesson plans, or need more information about her Mini Workshops.
This is her life's passion. Working with youth, keeping the family unit strong and bonded and giving teens the extra sources they need to be a happy and fulfilled adult living the life he has created for himself.
Feel free to reach out to Elizabeth with any questions or comments here on the Contact Page.
Elizabeth Bourgeret will pop in from time to time, (especially in the blogs) but this is created to be a "for you by you" kind of interactive site. This Momma's Kids website is for the family. It is a resource for parents as well as the kids that are interested. This is more of a community site instead of an "Elizabeth says" site. You are encouraged to submit ideas and articles for the blog. She loves to boost the work from home businesses that allow parents to stay with their kids. Elizabeth is a big fan of showcasing the talents of youth. This website is for you, families.
Eventually, we hope you can take advantage of her many lesson plans that she has used with great success over the years. You can keep track of where she will be, when, and which mini courses will be available when she gets there. She is also available to speak at churches, schools and even family gatherings... ("as long as there's bbq!" she teases.) Or if you have a teen in the house, you'll most likely be interested in the big daddy of them all, the Total Truth Workshop!
To submit an article for the blog, photos or stay-at-home business idea, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow a few days for previewing and posting. This is a family based site and it is under the discretion of Elizabeth Bourgeret and her team to decide if some articles are unsuitable for publishing.
